I hope there are enough wild fruit trees eg banana, mangosteen in Bukit Melawati to feed the wildlife there so as to be self-sustaining or the authorities looking after the hill to plant more food trees. I have been told not to feed the monkeys as a visitor/tourist.

One, I hope this comment goes through because my old computer which can't update to IE9 can't open your blog despite many attempts.Autumn Bellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00818422090556602092noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5264374689646259308.post-37962541082811519542011-11-10T23:57:36.513+08:002011-11-10T23:57:36.513+08:00He's so cute! I find this really interesting knowing they are free but still looking for kindly handouts from people. Now I see they are not small either. I would not want to get so close to them. Lucky you have a lens to reach them without being right next to them.

My husband has a reative that has over fifty monkeys and chimps. They have them right in the city too - in a house. I do not like this as you can imagine and never went to visit. They call it a monkey sanctuary. They have been collecting money from people for over ten years to build a place in the country for them, and all they built so far was a huge mansion for themselves - and in the country. The poor monkeys still live in the house in the city.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5264374689646259308.post-75629085937379783812011-11-09T22:47:35.542+08:002011-11-09T22:47:35.542+08:00The images are very sweet ... such little baby mon...The images are very sweet ... such little baby monkey, such great color...
LG: KarinKarin M.https://www.blogger.com/profile/13840381685278769749noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5264374689646259308.post-78143573098983747212011-11-09T22:26:09.429+08:002011-11-09T22:26:09.429+08:00What a contrast in color...so beautifully ruddy!
